I’m a writer and a reader who loves stories, whether they are told to me by individuals, in books, movies, or series, or by the characters who decide I might do a good job of sharing theirs. I write primarily novels, but have experimented with short fiction, haiku, and children’s picture books. I love the unexpected, the mysterious, a beautiful or dramatic setting, friendship, kindness, decency, and courage. And hope in dark times. Also, I love books. I love to hold them, read them, smell them, and design them. Most of my books can be purchased online but some, collectibles, I publish with a short run printer and hand sell. The Listener, a fairy tale for adults, is in that category.
